This Dark Lord is mostly for PvM, quick killing, and surviving high level maps, thank you . Since I know most think agility is USELESS for a Dark Lord, let me put in some valueable points of view to have upon an Agility/Command Dark Lord helps you survive stronger maps, also, the speed is an incredibly helpful value. A build for this would be something like this:

This build has many key points, the strength is still decent, though the hp is low, so it of course, like most builds, we can edit it to be a little more efficient.

This build gives 116 or 121 speed(forgot if scepter is 40 or 45 speed) and 1144 base hp.The damage on Ranier with Great Lord Scepter+7+12, Cape+9+16,and Imp is 800~1253 dmg with Fireburst, 668~807 dmg with lvl 40 Raven, and 2645~2848 dmg with lvl 30 horse. Now let's compare this to Strength Pure Dark Lord.
